Product: Laser Jet Pro MFP M130nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I want to scan some 1 sided documents, 10 pages. I only downloaded the Quick Start. Apparently, there is a HP Printer Assistant that is needed. But I can't find where to get it. When I go to hp.com/support/ljM129MFP, the site won't even load, takes too long. This is very disappointing because I needed to send scan documents 2 hrs ago. I don't find the directions helpful. So where do I get HP Printer Assistant and how do I simply scan. The YouTube document just started out like everyone had the HP Printer Assistant. Please send full directions asap.

Hi,

Download and follow the HP Easy Start Utility:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPEasyStart_10_0_4029_14.exe

 

Select the Full Feature Software and Driver option and it will install it.

 

Once completing the installation, open the HP Scan software for your printer to scan and use the plus button to scan additional pages.

 

Also from HP Smart, you may scan multiple pages by clicking the Add Pages button, once you are done select PDF and press the Save button.
