Product: HP Laserjet MFP 130fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Lasejet MFP 130fw drum keeps on getting dirty even after cleaning. I am also getting ghosting on my prints too with specs on both sides of the page. I am using refilled toner cartidges and it has not happened before. Any ideas why these issues are happening?

Hi ,

Thank you for visiting HP Support forum.

 

Since you are using refilled toner cartridge you might face Print quality issue. 

 

Follow below steps to clean the drum .

1. Go to Setup -> Services -> Cleaning Page . Run the cleaning papge twice and then check 

I still issue persist then i would suggest you to buy new HP Original toner cartridge and then check.
