Missing DOT4_001 . I try to install a printer (LaserJet1010) And when i go at "ADD A LOCAL PRINTER OR  NETWORK WITH MANUAL SETTINGS" ->"USING AN EXISTING PORT" ... I see my DOT4_011 missing , and now i can't install this printer ... I change my Windows fron 7 in 10 , but i don't know if that is the problem ...

Greetings @Claude_2017

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to install your HP LaserJet 1010 Printer on your computer.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you checked for drivers for your printer on HP website?

Printer drivers for your printer are available only till Windows Vista. Click here

Drivers for your printer are not available for Windows 7 and above operating system.

Request you refer to this HP Article for assistance in installing the printer using Windows built-in drivers.

Let me know how it goes.

This is absolutely not helpfull at all! There are several people who have done this with later versions. Please update yourself if you are to call yourself a hp employ. A helpfull reply to the persons question, and also my question for that sake could be inclucing for eksample that there are some workarounds by adding the printer manually using the DOT4 and adding the 3055PCI5 update. On the event that you do not find the DOT 4 the go to this side. Or something. You are just saying in your comment> hello I work in HP and I have no clue. So get it together and find us a solution!

Thanks.
