Product: Hp M601 laserjet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have a hp laserjet M601 printer. This printer randomly prints partion of page. Sometimes half of page. Somtimes 1/4 of page and like this. The error that displayed on printer screen is: 41.02.05

I replaced laserjet. Reinstall printer driver and tested it on other computer but my problem dont solved. Help me.

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.The error relates to print engin error.The best option would be to have the machine inspected at a repair centre where they can do some more fault finding for you.hope this will help.
