Try the below:
Press the Power button (
) to turn off the printer.
Remove the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Open the print cartridge door.
Grab the handle in the center of the print cartridge and remove the cartridge. Place the cartridge in its original packaging to protect it from the light.
CAUTION: Do not touch the colored rollers on the cartridges. Touching the rollers might permanently damage the print cartridges.Locate the carousel brake to the left of the cartridges.
Insert the screwdriver into the hole, and then release the brake by pushing down on the gray or white plastic inside the hole.
Since the carousel is stuck midway you may have to try using your hand to manually move the carousel in the correct direction to reach the next toner cartridge. I would remove all toners and then turn the printer on and follow the instructions to install all the toners again. The brake they refer to is a retangular hole at the top of the left frame which contains a plastic piece which you can press down using a flat tip screwsriver.
