lazerjet m1132 mfp
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
When I switch on, it runs and stops but keeps on blinking as though it is still initializing. This came after when I attempted to clear error code E6. It scans well but can not print and copy. What could be the best solution.

That sounds like an initializing error. What we'll do then is the following:

  1. With the printer powered on, remove the toner from the printer.
  2. With the printer still powered on, remove the power cord from the back of the printer for one minute.
  3. When the printer finishes initializing, insert the toner cartridge.

If after following the above the printer still will not initialize, the toner or the printer needs to be replaced. If you are using a genuine, non-refilled toner, contact HP Support by clicking on this link and filling out the form at the bottom to discuss options based on your warranty.

Please let me know the results after following the above. If you are able to clear the error, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.
