At this writing, Full Solution Software is available for the Plus model.

Note: Once installed, the printer software may not differentiate the "plus" model name for the driver.
The Plus Model can also use Windows print drivers as explained:

At this writing, the older models of the 1020 (those in the "Not Plus" series) indicate the need to use Windows 10 Drivers as explained in

Category "User Guides" provides essentially the same information for both models.
A very quick check shows both models appear to support the same toner, and the same or similar paper sizes, and paper types.
