Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My hp deskjet 5275 printer is showing 0XB8042326 error code.., can anyone now the solution

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting 0xB8042326 error on the printer.

  • Is the printer connected to the wall outlet directly?

Meanwhile, follow the below steps:

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware

Refer this HP document for the steps to update the printer firmware:- Click here

I have followed all the steps you have suggested me. But after I turned on the printer the same error code is displaying1548821113761978068949218183651.jpg

Looks like this a hardware issue.

Please speak to the HP support for further assistance and information regarding the service centers.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

If the issue persists,I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  2. Select the country.
