I can't print pdf files with Color LaserJet Pro MFP M4777 - says "can't print document"

When I try to print a pdf document the printer says "the document could not be printed" "there were no pages selected to print". It will print from word.

Try this.

Remove Acrobat Reader rom your computer completely.   Now go to the Adobe web site and download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.  Now try.
