Product: Laser jet pro map m277 dw
I can't pull the ink Cartridge tray out ofthe printer!. There seems to be a small piece of white plastic blocking the bottom right side of the tray from being pulled out. The left side is free to come out. Suggestions?

If the cartridge is physically jammed inside, then contact service center for help for removing it. If any parts are damaged, then it may void warranty.

For best resolution in such scenarios, upload a picture of the same.

Hi! The white plastic blocking should go inside the tray when pulling the blue handle.
