I have to print some photos and I want them to be printed at the best quality. However, when I go to select "best" under "Media & Quality'" the arrow bounces back to normal. I can select both draft and normal but just not best. I have tried to print from preview and word, reset my printer settings, unplug the printer and still I have not been able to select best. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi,
First, try updating the printer firmware to ensure your printer is up to date and check for any difference:

Next. try changing the media type to Photo Paper and see if you may get any difference then.
If the same persists, try following HP Easy Start below to install an HP driver rather than AirPrint, may you see any difference with the different driver type?
