Product: Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fdn

I was scanning just fine and then all of the sudden I get the below message:

 

username name or password are incorrect 

ensure both user account and password are valid

 

how can I fix this?

What operating system on your computer?

Did you change your password that you login to your computer with?
