Hi @Golfer2057,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you've changed your Wi-Fi password and need to reconnect your HP mw110we printer without using the HP app. You can follow these steps:

Turn on the Printer: Ensure your printer is turned on and in a ready state.

Access the Printer's Control Panel: For printers with a touchscreen panel, you can navigate to the Wireless Settings.

Open Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • If your printer has a touchscreen panel:
    1. Go to Setup or Network on the printer’s control panel.

    2. Select Wireless Setup Wizard.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your network and enter your new Wi-Fi password.

Using the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) Button:

  • If your printer and router both support WPS, you can use this method.

  • Press the WPS button on your router.

  • Immediately, on the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least 3 seconds until the wireless light starts flashing.

  • The connection process should take around 2 minutes. The printer will automatically connect to the wireless network once the procedure is completed.

Manual Connection via IP Address:

  • If you had the printer connected previously, obtain its IP address from the router’s connected devices list.

  • Enter the IP address in a web browser to access the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

  • Log in (usually with default credentials unless changed).

  • Navigate to the Network Settings and input the new Wi-Fi credentials.

Direct USB Connection:

  • Temporarily connect the printer to a computer using a USB cable.

  • Access the printer settings via Windows' Devices and Printers or System Preferences on macOS.

  • Use the setup wizard or TCP/IP settings to enter the new Wi-Fi credentials.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
