I am using software that is cloud based and when I ask it to scan it is looking for a TWAIN scanner, but the HP printer doesn't seem to have one.
I looked up TWAIN drivers but only see a driver package for Enterprise printers. There was nothing listed in the drivers for the M281. Is there a TWAIN driver somewhere for this printer?
Thank you.

The program still says it cannot find the TWAIN driver.
Is there something else that I have to do to make it show up?
Is there a way that I can verify that the driver is installed without having to go into the particular application program?
Should the TWAIN driver show up in the list of printers and scanners?
Thank you.

Maybe I mis stated things -- The program is looking for a scanner HP LJ M278M281 TWAIN
The scan doctor does not check on TWAIN apparently. It said that HP LJ M278M281 (NET) was working just fine.
So How do I define a scanner that will be recognized? I can add a printer to windows, but not a scanner.
