Color Laser 150nx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new Colour Laser 150nw printer. The test pages it prints are blank - although a small yellow blotch is visible. The print and scan doctor tells me everything is working correctly.

 

The driver is new, all of the toner cartriges seem to be working correctly (when I take them out they have colour on the roller.)

Please make sure all the packing materials been removed as expected:

Also, press and hold the Resume c04599395 button for about 15 seconds until the power LED blinks rapidly, and release. The machine begins printing.

Can you see the internal report printed successfully?

There is no action for a user to activate cartridges.

On the printer control panel press and hold the Resume button ( green button) and release it when the Power button starts to blink. That should make a printer to print a configuration page, is that printed normal or blank sheet?

Thanks - I couldnt find anything that looked like it needed removing.

Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot a print quality problem as you describe, of course, do not try changing any cartridges for a new printer:

Well, IVe taken the imaging drum out and put it back - it looks like I will need to send it back to where I bought it
