Product: HP Envy 7645 Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Need help with a paper jam in my HP Envy 7645 printer.  This is not the usual paper jam that all the HP videos refer to.  All recommend that you pull out the GREY HANDLED DEVICE that then exposes the jammed paper for easy removal.  My paper jam is all the way back of the unit, can barely see the tip of the jammed paper.  The paper is behind the rollers, see picture of my finger pointing to the paper jam.IMG_1229 Printer.jpgIMG_1229 Printer.jpg

What you can try is taking a firm piece of paper like construction paper.  You might be able to manually force feed it through the paper path doing that will push any debris or stuck paper out with it.
