I am unable to login to the printer when using the web URL. Tells I am using the wrong account or password. I do not remember ever seting one up. How do I reset and start over....thanks

Hi @tbeaumont,
You will have to do a "Partial Clean" via the pre-boot menu of the printer. You will lose every configurations though, so I suggest you do save them before.

First download the latest firmware in a usb flash drive, just in case.
Then power on your printer and when 1/8 appears on the screen quickly touch the screen.
This way you will get access to the preboot menu.
There, you go to Administration -> Partial Clean and then back to Continue.
Wait a bit and when the printer boots, you will be asked for initial time/date/language etc and then it will be ready without any admin password required.

In your case, which is a keypad and not a touch screen panel, you will have to press the "X" button
