You have two different model numbers listed in your post so please clarify as to which one you actually have, it seems you were a little dyslexic.
It is probably either the toner cartridge over the fuser that is causing your problem.
To determine which put a sheet of paper in the input tray preferably Tray 1 if it is a 2100, then print a test page and open the top cover of the picture when the page is about three-quarters of the way into the printer.
Open the printer and remove the toner cartridge and look at the paper inside the printer if you see the lines on the paper inside the printer then the toner cartridge is the cause of the problem.
If the print on the paper inside the printer looks good but you have lines after it comes out of the printer then the fuser is the cause of the problem.
You can even click both buttons. . .
