My printed documents have blue speckles on the left edge of the pages. How do I fix this>

If the defects are all one color then likely you have a problem with the cartridge of that color. Remove that cartridge and inspect the green drum in the area that corresponds to the defect. Could be as simple as contamination at an gently wipe off, but in most cases it will be a damaged drum or leaking seal and you will need to replace the cartridge.  Depending on how old and how much toner is left in the cartridge,  you may be able to get warranty on the cartridge.
