Hi, does anyone know how to fix the error for 59.CO on my printer.  I have followed all the instructions below and even looked up the code for this part meaning.  Which is not correct for this model. It says Error code 59.CO is Developing Motor Assembly which is for a color printer.  My printer doesn't have that part nor is it a color printer. I even updated my Firmware. Does anyone have any other instructions or help that I can use beside these to fix my printer:
a. Turn off the power by using the power switch, and then wait at least 30 seconds.
b. Turn on the power and wait for the product to initialize.
2. If you are using a surge protector:
a. Power off the printer.
b. Remove the surge protector.
c. Plug the product directly into the wall socket and turn the product power on.
3. If the error persists, replace the appropriate motor:
Error Code Motor Description HP Part #
59.30, 59.40 Fuser Motor Assembly RM2–7348–000CN
59.70, 59.71, 59.72, 59.73, 59.80, 59.80, 59.82, 59.83 59.C0 Developing Motor Assembly RM2–7344–000CN
59.90, 59.A0, 59.FO Drum Motor Assembly RM2–7342–000CN

A 59.C0 Developing Motor Assembly can be for your printer. Typically I've found these errors on other printers are due to a bad toner cartridge. The developer motor actually runs a section of the toner cartridge. You can replace the toner cartridge, or something you can try is to remove the cartridge and manually rotate the drive sections at the end of the cartridge to possibly free up the section that may be sticking and try it again.
