Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi community,  My printer has lost network connection after installing a new Router.  A nighthawk R 7000.  I hear from some of your customers this is a common problem, and it takes some steps to reset the printer.  I have PM'd

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Thank you for quick response.  After about an hour i finally got it working with my wired/wireless units.
