When I attempt to print (using wireless - which worked fine initially) I have to walk to my printer every time because of an error message. I'm told to load Tray 1 OR to press 'OK' to use available media. The help chats indicate that Tray 1 is probably a single sheet feed and I should switch to Tray 2. However there is no Tray 2 option in my printer set-up or configuration. Help!

Tray 1 is a single sheet upper. Tray 2 is a lower tray of 250 sheets.
Make sure the Tray 2 settings paper type and paper size match the settings in the driver. Adjust Tray 2 to plain paper and A4/letter depending on what size you are using. Also, make sure the setting on a computer is set to plain paper and A4/letter.
