I am wanting to connect two printers, wirelessly.  I have an HP 3830 and an Epson 7620.  I have connected both wirelessly.  The problem is when I use one, the other is kicked to "offline".  Is there a way to stop this?  I need to be able to bounce back and forth between the two printers.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂

Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.

I understand that you have an HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer and an Epson printer connected wirelessly. I read that when you try to print from one printer, the other printer gets disconnected and vice versa. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.

This could happen if the printer loses the IP address. I suggest you to assign a static IP address to your HP printer The following steps will help.

Please perform the steps from this HP article for your HP printer. Please perform step 4, step 6 and step 7.

Likewise, I suggest you to contact Epson support to have a static IP address assigned for the printer.

I sincerely hope this fixes the issue. Keep me posted on the results. Good luck! 🙂

Spoke with phone company, they say I am not allowed static ip addresses.  If I want one or even two, I would have to switch over to a business internet line, which cost an obsene amount.  Now what I noticed on my computer,  I have an Epson printer.  It shows and Epson series and epson network.  My hp shows an hp series only.  Is my hp not on my network.  (Please see my previous post)
