We have tried cleaning all surfaces, ONLY use HP ink cartridges, but every time I print, I get the line.  I can scan from the glass without a line but if it prints, the line is there.  Could it be the rollers?  how do I replace those if it is?  The printer is at least 5 years old, it only started doing this over the last year.

Can you post a sample (keep in mind that images have to be approved so you will not see it immediately, no need to post picture twice because it appears to be missing). Could be something stuck to the fuser or a damaged/worn fuser. Do scans from the document feeder look ok?
