HP Deskjet 3510 e-All-in-One Printer series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to print a 2 page article and I could not print page 2.  The message states:  out of bounds page reference limit is 1.

I have always printed multiple page documents with no problem until today.

If I request printing page 2, I get the ugly message.

Please help this retired senior citizen.  Thank you/

Hey there! @Freeney, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand when you print from your printer you get an error out of bounds page reference limit is 1.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?

Have you tried printing from a different application does the issue persist?

Are you printing from a browser or application?

As you mentioned when you print from your printer you get an error out of bounds page reference limit is 1

Try the steps recommended below.

If you are printing using a chrome browser try resetting the chrome browser and check if it works.

When you print, use File > Print or Control-P on the resulting window click on Preferences, then on the Effects tab.  See if you are printing in Actual Size.

Start a print job in your browser (using File > Print or ctrl-P, not with a print icon), on the resulting page there should be a setting for the page scaling.  Set it to "fit to page" or equivalent.

The out of bounds notification shows where elements on your page will be outside the standard width of the screen on a mobile device or desktop. It might only be a pixel or two, but if elements are outside the width of the screen, the browser will show a horizontal scrollbar.

Refer this article to further troubleshoot print quality issues.

Hi There,

Unfortunately this only appears to be a problem in 'Microsoft Outlook' that I use for my emails etc.?
