Product: Color LaserJet M283FDW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Bought new today, and followed setup instructions - I live in France (selected) and chose English as my language. Toner cartridges not authorized due to region. I can see the country registration shows France in system config, and language is English. I changed the language to French, but it makes no difference. Also, installed the printer driver from the .fr website vs. US website. Makes no difference... need that special code to re-teach the printer where it lives. Thx -

Factory Reset HP LaserJet M277dw Printer Steps: 1 - Power Down 2 - Power Up 3 - Wait until you see the energy logo 4 - Press and hold the lower right hand portion of the display 5 - You can release when you see "permanent storage init"
