Ink Smearing on Right Side of Page

For the past several years, I have noticed smearing on the right side of all of my documents making some of the text illegible. I have done a cartridge clean multiple times without success. I have attached a copy of the print quality page and an example of the smeared text. Is this just a single cartridge issue? Multiple cartridges? Something else? Thanks,

Have you changed any cartridges since you stated having this problem? Have you examined the fuser unit?

There may be three different problems.

1. If only black color affected than you have a bad black toner cartridge needed to be replaced.

2. If all four colors affected then the transfer belt is the problem needed to be replaced.

3. All printout touched with fingers it should feel plain and smooth and if the smeared area touched like there're sands on the paper then it is broken fuser needed to be replaced.
