Product: Laserjet 5200TN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Hello everybody
I have a problem installing a duplex module in an HP LJ 5200TN. The module was supplied as an optional accessory. However, the module cannot be fully inserted into the printer. Something is blocking it. Is there a manual for the installation ... maybe even a video. I would be very grateful for any help. Thanks in advance.

I have attached the original installation guide, not sure it will be that useful. It has been a while since I installed one of these but there may be retainers that require you to lift up on the duplexer as you insert. The other possibility is if you have purchase a duplexer for a 5100 series by mistake as they are not interchangeable.
