Envy Photo 6200 Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought an Envy Photo 6200 series printer and was going to use the instant ink free plan/feature.  It is not listed after I sign up and log in.  It was my understanding that I could choose this plan when first signing up.  How do I get it?

Hey there! @ChrisS9, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand you would like to know to change to a 15-page free plan on the printer.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Have you registered for the instant ink services?

However, we can change the page to a 15-page free plan. Where you will not be billed until you change the plan on your account.

Please share us few details through a private message, so I can check the account details and change the plan for you.

Printer Model Name

Serial Number of the printer

Instant ink Email Address

Instant Ink Account Number

Address to ship the cartridge

Do you need black or colour ink cartridges?

Hope to hear from you soon!

I hope you have a great day! 🙂

@ChrisS9

The plan is only available on the following countries

HP Instant Ink is currently available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria and Portugal. We’re planning on expanding, so keep checking back for updates on when HP Instant Ink will be available in other countries.

Also check your printer, I can't see   Envy Photo 6200 series on the list, only  Envy Photo 6250 series.

Regards.

Banhien,

Thanks for the response.

I'm in the U.S., so that's not it.

Also, I have the 6252, so that's not it either.

I'm able to sign up, just not for the 15 pages/month free plan.

Thanks again.
