Bought my printer in summer and opted for the instant ink free printing just to get up and running (realise now that means I can't activate my 3 months free). I received my first set of cartridges from instant ink months ago and I have just inserted the colour one and updated my account to the 50 pages for £1.99 instant ink option. Should I have used my 15 "free" pages allocation before I changed my subscription or will I now get the 15 pages that I had when these cartridges were issued plus the 50 pages for my new subscription ?

I think I know the answer and I've probably screwed up

@SpringerSaint

The plan you have chosen at the end of your billing cycle is what you will be billed for.

So if your billing cycle runs from Dec 15 to Jan 14 and you were on the 15 page plan on Dec 20 and then on Dec 21st you upgraded to the 50 page plan then you will get only the 50 pages for that billing cycle on Jan 15th.  They are not additive, so you swapped your 15 page plan for the 50 page plan.

Hope that helps.
