@fennab

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

As I Understand you are getting the message - "insufficient memory",

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Are you able to print from a notepad? Which application are you using?

Did you install any recent anti-virus programs? or update them? (As they may cause such issues).

While you respond to that, here's a few things you do:

(1) Remove or disable recent anti-virus updates,

(2) Check if it prints with notepad or other applications.

(3) Uninstall the printer drivers & reboot, then install the full feature software,

(4) Updated firmware in printer

Click here to find and download the latest drivers and firmware,

Let me know how that pans out

I hope you have a good day ahead,

And Feel free to ask any other queries as  well,

Considering, this forum has some of the best people in the world available and ready to help.

Hi, I only tried printing from my computer as that's all that's hooked up to the printer. I called hp support and they remotely installed the firmware and that seems to have resolved the problem. Thank-you!
