Insufficient Memory is referring to a memory problem on the printer. Your connected PC and its software wont have an impact on a problem like that.
What you need to do is perform a process to clear the memory on the printer. We can do this by calling either the Restore Defaults process or a Cold/NVRAM reset. Start with restoring the defaults. This process can be looked up from the User Manual and accessed from the normal control panel.
If that doesnt work then we can look up the steps to Cold or NVRAM reset your printer from the special boot menu. Cold Reset is best and likely all you would need to do so we would try that one next.
