Is the access control list limited to ten IP addresses?

I am trying to add an IP address to the access control list using web services. There are ten fields whic I have filled already and I don't see a button or any other method that will allow me to add an 11th address. Is this a limit?

I haven't attempted this myself but I think that you can allow all hosts whose IP address shares the first digit as well as those that are on the same subnet, could you do it like this?

In the months since I posted the question I decided to do just that: Give permission to a range of addresses instead of a specific list. Since these are all in the same department, there is no significant risk involved, but I am still interested in the original question, for future reference.
