Product: HP LaserJet pro MFP M128fn
I have been using HP LaserJet pro MFP M128fn printer. While printing on both sides I need to Manually re insert the sheets in the input tray after printing one side. Is there any way or settings for printing on both sides directly without re inserting the sheets manually?

No, your printer doesn't support automatically printing on both sides.

 

Only printers that have d ( d stands for duplex)  in their name support automatic duplex e.g. M128fdn.
