How to solve this issue with proximity card reader? After connecting the card reader nd booting the printer, I'm still getting this message : "Attached USB device will not be used because it is not supported".

Printer model : HP ColorLaserjet M653

Proximity card reader reference : HP Universal USB Proximity card reader, P/N.X3D03A

What software have you installed on the printer to utilize the reader? The printer does not support the reader natively, you must have an HP Access Control Agent or other app installed.
