I am recently having trouble printing using this printer.  The images are coming out blotchy and faded.  I just installed new ink and ran a print test.  Please see attached photos.  Not sure what to do to fix this issue.  Thank you.printed menu issue.jpgprinter diagnostics.jpg

This could be an issue with the drivers installed or the ink cartridges. We shall first isolate the issue and then try to resolve it-

 

Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. For more information, go to Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware.

 

Further, perform the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality. If the quality appears fine on the test pages and only printing from the computer has issues, we can reinstall the drivers and try printing. Also, I'd like to know what is the Operating System installed on your computer.
