Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

just bought the HP laserjet m28w after a long search, being sure HP is the best brand for such printers. After a long time the printer arrived.

Such a bad experience with the printer I definitely changed my mind on the HP brand for printers.

The first configuration was difficult, not intuitive and time consuming, I would have expected quasi a plug and play device. After such configuration of the printer I have experienced bad connectivity to the printer which was positiond just a few meters away.

After 2 days not using th printer the printer it went offline and was never able to get it on-line anymore. Even thiking the option"use offline pinters" in Windows the printer was not online anymore. Even with the HP app on the notebook I was not able to made it onlline and was not able access the advanced settings, they were just like frozen. Not even through the usb cable which came with the printer.

I have reset the printer several times by disconnecting the power supply cable for long and then tried to configure the printer either with the usb cable and through wi-fi and with different notebooks but with no success. Sometimes the new configuration resulted in being able to print documents but not pdf, or not having access to the scanner.

After several hours spend the printer and hurted my nervs the printer is now in packed again and ready to be sent back.

I would not recomend to use such printers to anyone. I will buy another brand.

Regards.
