Product: Samsung CLP-680dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having consistent issues now with duplex printing, it will print the page on one side and then issue a paper jam error even if there is no paper jam. On top of it we get stuck on printing the same page over and over again even when I try and delete the jobs. Everything is updated to the latest drivers etc. Errors happen irrespective of which computer we print from.

This behaviour would be caused by wrong paper size settings or a bad sensor in the paper path.
