HP Recommended

My HP Laser Pro M252dw is giving me a error that says:  Jam in Output Bin.  There is no jam, the printer is paper free, I have opened and closed each door, taken out the ink, unplugged it, reset it etc....yet the code will not go away, rendering the printer useless.  Any tips would be appreciated.

If you recently had a jam one of the flags may be stuck or damaged and you will need to check closely to make sure that any flags in the paper path move freely.
