Printer repaired.  When restarted the LCD screen shows a foreign language.  LAN connection

A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

We can use the printer control panel to change the language, let's try these steps:

1.) Make sure the printer is turned on. 

2.) Click the Cancel button 2-3 times to ensure the printer shows the main screen.

3.) Click the Right arrow 3 times, then click the OK button twice. The language list should appear on the screen.

4.) Select your preferred language.

It didn't work.  It seemed to be giving choices of paper to use.

Retry efforts worked!  Click sequence went to different page and then sequence worked!  THanks!
