HEY THERE ! I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PRINTER, IN EVERY PRINT I DO THERE ARE 2 OR 3 VERTICAL LINES IN THE PAPER LIKE THERE IS NO INK IN THAT LINES . YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT I'VE RECENTLY CHANGED THE DRUM ( OR IMAGING UNIT) AND THE TONER (INK) WHICH ARE ALSO SAMSUNG MODELS (NOT IMITATION). MOREOVER THE DIAGNOSTIC PROGRAMME SHOWS NO PROBLEM IN MY PRINTER. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ? PS ; WHEN I USE ''PRINTSCREEN'' AND I AM PRINTING THE SCREENSHOT OF MY COMPUTER THERE ARE NO LINES PS2 ; AS YOU CAN SEE MY ENGLISH ARE POOR SO IF THERE IS A PHONE I COULD CALL OR AN E-MAIL IN GREEK IT WOULD BE VERY USEFUL ! THANK YOU !

This looks like a problem on the toner cartridge.Remove the Cartridge and give a a shake from left to right and see if it makes a difference on the next print.I looks like the cartridge is not supplying the toner constantly onto the magnetic roller.I would have this toner tested at the supplier and replaced.Hope this helps.
It is so nice to give some help where possible and the forum is a great idea Thank You.Sometimes a picture speaks louder than words to find a solution.Should you find my help use full just give some credit for my effort please.
