Product: LJ 400 401 PCL 6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Error tells me administrator blocking me from help.  I am only administrator on this computer and have full access.

 

Was cleaning product for person I bought it for.  Returned it and the help app works with their system.  NO PROBLEM ANYMORE.

How are you accessing help? If this is help from the EWS of the printer, it is possible that your firewall is blockig that communication.
