LJ M775: Scan-to-USB and Print-from-USB Icons Have Disappear... - HP Support Community

Hello. Does anyone have a solution to this problem. My LJ M775 does not display Scan-to-USB nor Print-from-USB on the control panel. In other words, the icons (selection) are not even visible as an option on the display. This model does have this capability. I have 'enabled' the feature under general settings but still don't see those options. Any suggestions?

Hi Camargo824,

The menu icons that appear on the screen can be configured through the EWS (Embedded Web Server).

You can change their order, delete or add them as you like. You will have to have access to the EWS.

To access the EWS you will have to type the printer's IP address in a browser (like Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, etc).
