Product: Hp officeJet pro 6830

Ho comprato le cartucce nuove per la stampante, quando però provo ad effettuare la stampa o la verifica dei colori, il colore Ciano viene rilevato ma la stampante non lo utilizza mai. Quindi ottengo delle stampate con tutti i colori ma senza il Ciano.
