Laser Jet 1018 for Macbook Pro with MacOS Catalina?

Hi!

I have a Macbook Pro 2019 with MacOS Catalina 10.15 and an HP Laser Jet 1018 printer. I really need to print for college, but it seems that my Macbook doesn't recognize my printer (I tried to "add" the printer from System Preferences and I couldn't). I was wondering if there was anyone who could help me. I did some research and saw that I am not the only one with this problem. There was a response from an HP expert who sent a link and apparently helped many people, but when I click on it, nothing opens because the link is constantly redirecting me to another page (?)

Please, if there is anyone who could help me, I would really appreciate it. I need to be able to print from my macbook.

HP LaserJet 1018 Printer does not support print from Mac. Please refer to the Printer Specifications for more information.
