You problem is windows 10 and 64 bit. The latest windows 10 only support usb 3.0 and your printer is 2.0. Do a google search on downgrading the windows 10 usb ort to 2.0 and see if you can do it on your computer. If you can not then you are out of luck.

I continue to use the last Universal Print Driver that HP released for the 1320 (PCL5 version 6.1.0.20062 dated 2015.11.02) on my Win10 Pro x64 system. HP advises to use the Printer Administrator's Resource Kit, but in my opinion, it's an arcane, overly-complex, poorly documented kludge, so I stick with the last PCL5 driver.
