@Jaiswal18 (Namaste, and that's the extent of my Sanskrit) 😉

Welcome to the HP Forums,

We'll be with you until it's all sorted.

Since the CD isn't working, have you attempted to use the internet instead?

Click here to download the appropriate drivers.

Set up your HP printer for a USB cable connection to a Windows computer. To get the most supported features from a USB connected printer, install the full feature HP driver.

  note:

If you are looking for the printer software and driver, go to 123.hp.com (printers released in 2013 and later) or HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads.

FOR DETAILS & FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS, USE THIS LINK: CLICK HERE TO INSTALL OVER USB

(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved).

Keep me posted, as I (Or a trusted colleague) shall follow-up on this case to ensure the concern has been addressed,

And your device is up and running again, only in case you don't get back to us, first!

That said, If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

That'll help us, and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.

@Jaiswal18

Thank you for responding,

This is the Riddle_Decipher, again!

Let's not wait for another 5hrs on that, here's a few more step to help resolve this issue, I recommend you we reinstall the drivers using the root level technique and if this doesn't work, we can always use the windows built-in drivers as an alternative:

  • Press "Windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window.
  • Type "services.msc" to get Services - Go to "Print spooler" - Right-click and "Stop" the service.
  • Now again open "Run" - Type "spool" and ok - Go to PRINTERS folder - delete everything in that folder.
  • Go to services again - Start the print spooler.
  • Now check for issue resolution.
  • If the issue persists, also try clean installing the printer drivers. Here are the steps:
  • First, unplug the USB cable from the printer if present.
  • Go to Control panel - Programs and feature - Select all the HP printer entries and uninstall them.
  • Now go to Control panel - Devices and printer - Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
  • Press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" (There is a space between .exe & /) and press enter.
  • Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
  • Again, go to the Run window, type - "c:/programdata" - Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
  • Restart your computer.

Then, use this link to access the HP website, find the drivers compatible with your windows and install it: CLICK HERE

If the issue persists, please go ahead and install the Windows built-in drivers:

If a full feature driver from HP is not available for your printer, you must install the built-in print driver. A full feature driver for one or more Windows versions is not available for your printer, either from the CD that shipped with your printer or from the HP website.

   NOTE:

Where is the download button? The HP print driver is built into the Windows operating system or is installed through the Windows Update feature on your computer. You do not need to download anything from a website in order to print, scan, or fax.

See the Frequently asked questions in this document for additional information, including how to scan using this driver.

Hi Riddle,

Thanks for quick and detailed step by step reply -

My effort -

services -> print spool -> stop

Spool -> printers -> Nothing inside to delete

Print spool - start

Device Manager -> Other service -> BCM4312A0 --> UNINSTALLED

Device and printer -> Hp laserjet M1132 Shown here but if i try to print a page -> No printer found -> right click

remove device - Result "not removing, still showing as icon"

System restarted - Printer gone from device mgr

unplug usb->cntrol panel - uninstalled "scan To" nothing left related with printer

Regedit -> Remove entries related with M1136 -> System restated

printui.exe /s -> 5 entries (HP eprint, print compatibility (2) - X64, X86, to PDF, XPS doc write

all removed except print compatibility (2) - X64, X86 -

Erro msg - THe specified printer currently in use  (Printer cable not attached)

System Restarted - Try to delete again but same issue.

c:/programdata - Remove folder HPLaserJetService, No other folder related with printer

System Restarted - Fresh installation using LJM1130_M1210_MFP_Full_Solution.exe (212.MB)

Same issue - A pic showing connection between printer n laptop

Installing HP laserjet Pro M1130 MFP series

Half an hour has gone ..still same, I have no more hope.

Anyways It seems some other issue related with windows ( or something else)

A many thanks for this help.
