Laser Jet M180NW
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I just bought a Color Laser Jet Pro M180.

But I don'y know why, I cannot choose Best quality mode, even if it should be available since HP even tell so in its troubleshooting page for this product. https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c05627599.

I've tried in different software and I can just select poor or normal quality but not Best.

Since I'm a graphic designer, I need to be able tyo print in a better quality than normal... and this printer should be able to do so, but I cannot find a way to do it.

Thanks to help me.

Some options will be unavailable if you do not have media selected that HP thinks can support better quality. It may be that if your tray is set for plain paper, best quality is not available, try setting the print driver to bond or a high quality paper and see ifyou can then selected higher print qualities.

I've tried multiple kind of media, even coated paper, and it's the same.. only draft or normal are possible... not best. 😞
