I have some marks on the copies which I suspect are coming from a hair on the drum. It is possible to clean it and if so how.

There are many videos on Youtube that describe the general image drum cleaning process:

While individual models and toner cartridges are different, the general process is always the same. If you mess something up then swap out the cartridge with a new one.
