Laser Jet Pro
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My printer will not print in color. I am connected wirelessly and it only prints in black and white. I have checked the ink levels and the properties of the printer and it all is good

Hi @Sonia20,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you want to change the printing option from grayscale to color on your HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw.

Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.

And here are a few steps for you listed below:

1. Open the Printers and Faxes or the Printers folder.

2. Right-click the printer icon for your product, and then click Printing Preferences. The Printing Preferences dialog box opens.

3. Click the Color tab, deselect the Print in the Grayscale checkbox, click Apply, and then click OK.

4. Close the Printing Preferences dialog box.

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.

If only it were that easy. I know how to check printer settings and color settings. That is not the issue
